For those looking to try a uniting of classic Latin American breakfast staples, the “Latin Breakfast” is your go-to. This dish comes with eggs, prepared to your liking, chorizo, crispy papas bravas and mini arepas. The “Baja Breakfast Burrito” is a dazzling take on your typical breakfast burrito. Stuffed with bacon, scrambled eggs, avocado, cheese, and crispy potatoes, the Guajillo sauce marries everything together in a celebration of flavors. Offering a myriad of speciality drinks and cocktails, the bar specializes in inventive drinks that will leave your head spinning…in a good way. The Rum Caramel Sticky Bun came highly recommended and was a perfect way to end the meal. The boozy confection is topped with a light and fluffy pistachio cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with a Chile graham crumble.
